Fiber Has No Calories?

Yes you read that right. Fiber has no calories. But it’s a carbohydrate so it has to have calories. Right? Well both comments are considered technically correct. Yes it is listed on your food label under total carbohydrate but the thought is because it’s not digested, you don’t have to count it. I remember when I went to weight watchers 20 plus years ago and we used to have this slide rule thingie where we accounted for the fiber.
