What Is A Health Coach?

A health coach is a person who provides you with the support you need to attain a goal associated with your health that has been elusive to you.  Perhaps it is to lose weight, get your blood pressure down, regain energy so you can participate in life, or even ward off a life altering condition that runs in your family.  We all have our personal story of how we got to where we are and our needs are unique to get us where we want to be.  A health coach is someone to whom you can bear your soul to, who will listen without judgement, yet guide you forward according to your needs.

Dietary Intake Assessment

For those who want to learn what changes to make to thier eating patterns to better support thier wellness goals.

Includes: Your completion of a food review form, a ninety (90) phone or skype session where I will review, evaluate and make suggestions to your dietary intake.
Type written notes will be provided.

30 Day Private Coaching.

This basic 4 week program is a good fit for anyone looking to make smart healthy changes in their diet and lifestyle.  A side effect could be weight loss.

A detailed assessment plus two 45 minute phone sessions, handouts, recipe and email support in between.  A typed summary of our discussions will be provided.

3 Months - 6 Months Private Coaching

These programs are for those individuals who require longer term support and encouragement to achieve thier wellness goals.

     A detailed assessment. Two 45 minute phone /skype sessions per month. Email Support between scheduled sessions, bonus materials such as pamphlets, food samples and /or monthly newsletter. A typed summary of our discussions will be provided
